Kearney County Criminal Court Cases
Kearney County uses two trial courts at the same courthouse. Kearney County Court hears misdemeanors, traffic cases, and the first stage of felony matters. Two Kearney County Criminal Courts

The county lists weekday office hours for the District clerk from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. That lunch closure differs from the Sheriff’s schedule.
